EXCHANGE POLICY
Yes, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Any product purchased from the Mahafashion online store can be exchanged at any Mahafashion store within 7 days of purchase.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- In case of an incorrect or damaged item, Mahafashion must be informed in writing within 12 hours of delivery. The replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.
- All items must be unused, with original tags intact, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are required to return the parcel using a courier service of their choice. The credited amount will include the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Proof of dispatch must be shared after returning the parcel.
- No exchange charges will apply in case of a wrong or damaged item. For voluntary exchanges, a fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for nationwide customers.
